The staff at Bark N Bean treat you like family. When I call to schedule an appointment I am refered to by name and my dog as well. If you have multiple dogs take advantage of their Wednesday Wash Day special (2 for one). However you will get special treatment any day of the week.

Thank you to the owner or employee who addressed a canine situation just outside the shop. They deescalated the situation with politeness, concern and empathy. Knowing they have a great concern for their canine clientèle as well as the members of the community patronizing their facility, I would definitely go there and support their business.

These guys were great. We showed up really close to the closing time, and they didn't even give us the stink eye. They got us all set up right away. Thanks very much for being such good sports! Our dog really needed a good scrub after a day at the dog beach!

Had a fantastic experience at the start of this weekend! My husband and I took our new puppy here on Friday for a nail clipping and trim (we have had him less than two weeks and he is still being socialized/still nervous around others). A man who I assumed to be the manager offered to do the services in the main entry area rather than the grooming section since it was a more quiet and calm atmosphere. I greatly appreciated that. We sat with our puppy on the couch and the man let him smell and hear the different tools he would be using so he wouldn't be frightened. He was successfully able to clip and file all his nails, as well as trim his pad hair and even buzz a few hairs on his face that were in the way of his eyes! Our pup was nervous and shaky at first but less than halfway though the process he was relaxed and content. We will definitely be coming back!
