We had a fantastic experience with BEARS from start to finish. Trey was extremely patient as we went through over a year of decision making with our town about where the structure would fit best. He came up with many configurations for us promptly, every time we asked. We needed to find a commercial structure for insurance purposes and I felt strongly I did not want a big plastic structure. As soon as we saw the BEARS website - which is very easy to use - we knew this was what we were looking for - beautiful, natural, long lasting, and safe. We loved the process of customizing our play area with the size and kind of slides that would fit our population and additional fun things like a ball slide, X/O board, driver's wheel, ADA transfer station, etc. We were also extremely impressed with the men who installed the play structure. They were professional in every way - they patiently answered our many questions, were friendly and very hard working despite some crazy hot weather. This is a top notch company - I can't recommend them enough.

The Readsboro PTG was very pleased with the attention to detail that Bears Playgrounds gave to us as we worked with them to figure out what kind of structure would work best at our school in southern Vermont. We were drawn to Bears because of the natural materials, which fit in perfectly with our rural surroundings. As well, the fun details such as the crooked stairs and rock climbers add tons of joy! The staff was helpful and professional. We highly recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks again!

Bears built and installed a custom Dreamin' Really Big playground at Glade Springs Resort last week. I spent 6 months looking at commercial playgrounds and was not happy with any I researched. Being a outdoor adventure resort the metal/plastic look just didn't fit the look we were going for. Also, with the money we had to spend we didn't feel like we were getting much of a structure. On November 21st after 6 months of playground shopping I told the owners of the resort I wasn't happy with any of the structures I had presented them so far. So the search for a playground continued. That afternoon i happened to see a google image of a playground Bears had installed and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. I called and spoke with their operations manager and described what we wanted and had a design the next day. After a couple emails and face time calls with the vice president and operations manager we had a design we loved that fit our site. Being a very experienced landscaper and golf course superintendent I originally thought we would install ourselves. After some thought and wanting a structure that would outlast me at the resort I decided to have Bears do the install as well. Their install crew was top notch. What took them 5 days to install would have taken us 3 weeks. The knowledge the install leader had about Bears playgrounds and laws/insurance regulations made me realize that getting Bears to install was a great decision. Cost a little more but well worth it in the long run. I would definitely recommend Bears and if I ever have another playground to build they will be my only call. We originally was trying to stay away from a natural wood playground due to our thinking that a metal/plastic structure would be maintenance free and last longer. After seeing a couple 5 year old metal/plastic structures and seeing rust where paint was scratched/chipped and what the sun had done to the plastic, I realized the cedar logs Bear's uses is truly more maintenance free than metal/plastic. We had the folks at Bears playground design and build a playground for the Greater Glenville YMCA. Everyone there was extremely helpful and worked with us to build natural inspired playground, with the features we wanted, within our price range. We installed the playground with the help of volunteers at our branch, but not before we went to the local factory and picked it up. While there, we got a full tour of their local craftsmen hand tooling the lumber into playgrounds! We also saw our set fully assembled, which helped us to easily re-assemble it. Whatever your price range or desires... I'm confident the crew at Bears playgrounds will work with you to make you a satisfied customer, I know we sure are!

Hi,I am a Park and Rec Commissioner in the town of Hampden MA. We had a wooden play scape that was in the early stages of deterioration and was in need of a replacement. I started by searching the internet and, while getting many hits, did not find what I was looking for. Hampden is a very rural town and our park is very wooded with hiking trails. I really wanted to avoid the metal and plastic models and keep the natural look and beauty. I came across the Bears website and after 15 minutes of reading up on their products, installation and maintenance plans i knew my search was over.When designing my play scape I worked with Trey Corish. Limited by a budget Trey worked with me with multiple design options until we were able to find something that worked. One caveat to my design was that we wanted to keep some of the components of the old play scape and getting the right fit was difficult. Trey and Bears was very open to designing a product using our equipment and did an awesome job with it. Trey was a pleasure to work with as we had a few changes to make along the way. We remained in constant contact with each other during the construction phase and Bears went above and beyond when, returning from an install in Central MA, they stopped by to remove our components and bring them back to their facility to insure all would fit perfectly. The installation date came and a crew of 4 installers arrived. Todd, Lenny, Doug and Josh were extremely professional in all they did. Upon arrival they walked me through every aspect of the install, explained all options and addressed any questions I had. The install was completed on time and the final product is amazing. They told me they would pick up when done and I'm convinced they left the park in better shape than when they arrived. They were a great bunch of guys to work with.Overall I have nothing but an extremely positive review of Bears Playgrounds. Extremely easy and pleasant to work with starting with their website and up through the office staff, designers and installers. Most of all I was very impressed with their customer service. These guys are top notch. If every company was as communicative and on time and eager to please as Bear's Playgrounds, the business world would be a better place. Can't say enough about Todd and Mike and their professionalism and helpfulness during installation. Trey and Danny were as good as it gets related to scheduling and pricing. Way to go, Bear's!!

The entire process from design to completion with Bears has been absolutely a joy. Marcye was so great to answer our questions, design and redesign elements, and help us stay within our budget while getting the most "bang" for our buck!We chose to install the playground ourselves, and although it was a big task, Bears provided such great step by step instructions (the installation manual is GREAT) and photos of OUR actual playground pieces throughout. Every time there was a snag, they were so available and helpful, and have been with us in the project to the very end (including mulch companies missing deliveries!). I cannot say enough for the experience of working with Bears. There's not much to say about the absolutely amazing playground itself -- you can see the pictures! What kid wouldn't get wide-eyed and excited when they see it!?! Not to mention the adults ... :)
