I’m very disappointed with the service that was provided to me. After working with the assigned associate for 45 days, and providing them with all the support they dropped the ball and never returned my calls or emails. I asked them for a refund if they were not going to provide me with the service, and I never heard back from them. I had to contact my credit card to place a dispute. They gave me the runarounds, what a waste of time!
