We had a small space to carpet (8x10) we walked in and Julie greeted us. She asked us what we needed, and despite it being a small project for a rental, she immediately directed us to the remnants (which is what I wanted), she didn’t try to oversell us. And for that, I am so thankful. We picked a carpet, set up installation for four days later. Less than 45 minutes to complete the process. A very nice gentleman called to confirm the appointment; the installation team was on time and did a great job. This is my second time using Big Bob’s, and I am very satisfied!! Thanks!!
