Today was the first day we've ever been to Bob's. We were just looking to see what they had. If the service we got today is anything like the rest of the process, I'm so excited to work with this company. The lady who was helping us, her name was Janelle I believe, was so kind. You could tell she cared about us and what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the product. I look forward to getting our estimate and our new carpet!
