We had a wonderful experience working with big bobs. Our salesman was Joe at the Overlin Park location. We were able to purchase carpeting for our entire house, arrange for installation very efficiently, and the installers were very professional. They were excellent at cleaning up after themselves, showing up when they were supposed to, and doing the work correctly the first time. When we originally went into the show room we had a few ideas about colors but really had no information about Pad types or carpet density. Joe was able to give us detailed information and still keep our prices very reasonable. We intend on returning to big Bob's in the near future to complete carpeting of our children's rooms. Also we recently had to re-tile our entire bathroom and we had purchase and installation performed by big Bob's and were equally pleased with our treatment and beautiful results. Would recommend this company again and again
