BIG BIG BIG problem-@ BIG O' SAFFORD,AZ -- The left front wheel has been making a noise since they first repaired it- I have returned two times out of concern because of a scraping noise-Preston said he was hard of hearing and could not hear it. Today, while turning there was a loud pop and bang! Then an awful crunching noise when turning- the SAME wheel!!!!Now the breaks are almost gone. This car was nursed back to Boulevard's BIG O' yard this morning WILL YOU PLEASE!!!!! Please make it safe and drivable. I told you Preston there was a scraping noise when your man first worked on it and you blew me off- you returned a car to me that was dangerous to drive. Please fix my car and make it actually safe to drive- and make the window washer work as it did before your guys handled it.the car has needed to go back three times for the SAME issue. Since it was fixed the first time, when I got it the window washer would not work -I mentioned and said it worked on my way to the garage -now since it was worked on -not. Preston did nothing. This garage has grossly overfilled my oil on three occasions- and now the gasket on the oil pan oozes. They want 500.00 to fix that. PRESTON when my husband was alive you would not have done this to him- because I'm a elderly ,handicapped, widow you are taking advantage of me- and putting me in danger. SHAME on you!Sue Stutesman Smith

BUYER BEWARE!!!! BIG O TIRES HAS BIG PROBLEMS, FROM TOP TO BOTTOM. MY TRUCK SITS DEAD BECAUSE OF IT. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Here is my experience:I scheduled and brought my truck in for a coolant flush, tire rotation, and a patch on the right rear tire in Nov. 2017. After getting back from a trip, we come back to a flat tire, and leaked coolant everywhere. Upon inspection, the tire that needed a patch is not patched, and the tires were never rotated. Better yet, my old coolant is still in there. The tech took the bottom hose off, for whatever reason, and put it back on incorrectly, causing the leak. They DID NOT rotate the tires, they DID NOT Patch the tire, They DID NOT do the coolant flush. Just took my money and sent me out the door with a truck that needed attention. After a run around with corporate, I brought the truck back for the coolant flush, tire rotation, and patch, and was assured everything was taken care of. Come out from work, and I have a flat tire again, in the same position. So it appears that they did the coolant flush, but again DID NOT rotate the tires, or patch the leaking tire, although they said they did. Called corporate again. Was supposed to get a call back from someone on three different occasions. Never heard from anybody. Had to bring my truck to a different shop to get the tires done. My wife was using the truck to run errands at 11:00am on 12/30/17. It was -12 degrees that day. About a mile down the highway the temperature gauge starts to rise very quickly, and all of a sudden, before she could even pull over there was a loud pop, lots of hissing, smoke, and terrible noises. The truck would not start again. I went and picked her up, and upon inspection, I have slush and ice in what was left of the coolant. We left it for a couple of hours, then returned to try and start it. It did start, but now there is a loud knocking noise and the engine is misfiring. We were able to use a friends trailer to get it home, but it will not stay running, the engine is knocking, and the coolant is empty. Turns out after reading my receipt for the flush, they used Maxlife Universal coolant from a concentrated drum (VAL719008), that necessitates the technician to make the correct mixture of coolant to water ratio, to guard against overheating and/or freezing. The correct mixture of this coolant, according to Valvoline, should protect my engine down to -50 degrees. There should be no reason for my coolant freezing, except via a bad mixture with too much water. I called Big O Tires corporate office again on 12/30/17 to tell them I need to talk to someone ASAP, as now my vehicle is dead, and full of problems, and needs to be seen by a certified mechanic. After speaking with Erica, she explained that they were having a hard time between the transition from NTB to Big O Tires, and could not find record of my original inquiries and complaints. She eventually found them, gave me a reference number, and assured me that this has been expedited to the highest levels. It is now Saturday, January 13th, and my truck still sits dead in my driveway. I have not heard a thing from anyone, and am chasing my tail to figure out how to get to work daily. My patience is at its end with this company.
