Overall Feedback:

I am soarly disappointed with both the fitness center as well as us policies. Having encountered, several conversations with customer complaint and still no resolve, my unwanted account still remains uncanceled!I have been insulted by the cleaning staff, whom I've witnessed, mopping around African Americans, ONLY! These type of incidents at the Ferry Street, Newark, NJ location, have left an unpleasant atmosphere and I am uncomfortable working out here!
