Some of the staff members at 5597 Tulip St Building C 1-4, Philadelphia, PA 19124 need to learn about civility, common courtesy and respect instead of laughing in members faces like if everything is a joke,.

I traveled to a different country and sent letter for cancellation my account, apparently, they did not receive the letter and keep charging my account. Once back in the states, I called and they want me to send an email, yet they keep charging my account. They have decided to return my account a debt collector agency. Interesting. wonder why they have decided to charge me even if I followed the due process and was no longer using their premises. guys, make money differently, not stealing from people

I came to this location while in the area. I have a Blink pass that allows me to use any gym and bring unlimited guests. I came here with my friend who is also a member of Blink but his account is not up to date. Therefore, for today, he was going to use my guest privileges. The manager, Casey Selby was at the front desk and refused to let us in. Her reason-“A memebsr cannot use guest privileges.” I asked her where in my contract does is state that. She said give her a minute and she went to the back. After about 15 minuets, she came back with my contract with a line high listed on page 3. The part highlighted which was rule #5 states, “RULES, REGULATIONS, AND SCHEDULES: Member agrees to abide by all the membership rules, regulations and schedules of the Club, which may be posted at the Club or used orally, and which may be amended from time to time at Blink’s sole discretion.” No where does this say or justify her claim that a member of Blink cannot be my guest. I have been a guest as a member and I have had members as my guest before. Casey Selby became loud and rude when I asked for corporates number. She offered me a number to billing. I have no billing issues and when I told her that she then offered an email to her boss. I asked her why would she offer me a number to billing. She then lied and she said she didn’t. She literally did 5 seconds before. I am now in the process of cancelling my membership with Blink. My friend is canceling hers too.

More people than equipment makes a one-hour workout turn into two hours. One water fountain in the basement, while most of the workout takes place upstairs. The music can put you to sleep. Colder than the freezer section at the grocery store. Kids without training or courtesy for staff. No paper towels or napkins is just damn Cheap.

I cancelled membership in Feb 2018. Am still being charged for me, wife and daughter. Ready to go to Superior Court file a suit in small claims against them. Most ridiculous buisiness practices I've seen in a long time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SIGNING UP FOR BLINK FITNESS! I canceled my account November 2017 they continued billing me, my credit card company contacted them and told them i canceled but they still continued charging me. None of their staff told me the proper way to cancel the account until June 2018! They continued charging me!Their customer service system is the worse! When I called, It said i was the next customer in que 4 times, then asked me to leave a voicemail those 4 times.

Ripoff. They refuse to cancel my membership. I cancelled it at my local gym but I am still being charged. I contacted corporate and they ask me for a letter which my local gym refuses to provide me with and backwards. And in the meantime I am still being charged.

833 Flatbush Avenue: 6/5/18 At about 6:50 p.m. Please avoid signing up at this gym at all costs. This Gym is not deserving of even one star! The branch manager who failed to identify himself as such, being completely deceitful, is very rude, but much worse, he is extremely aggressive. As I am speaking to the female manager, he cuts through the conversation and rudely interjects “so what’s the point?!” as I am trying to explain to the female manager why my discontent with with the cancellation of my one-on-one session to show me and my daughter how to use the gym equipment before working out the first time. He then puts both his hands on the girl’s body and turns her around and brings her to the front desk to stop her from continuing to converse with me. After seen such disrespect and aggressiveness, I wanted to cancel my membership. I requested to speak to the branch manager.He tells me that he would call him, and give him my number and have him reach out to me. Then, both, he and the femsle manager with him, go inside the office next to the front desk. However, when they come out the office, they came out laughing, and she says, “it’s funny b’cause he’s actually the branch manager,” and he laughs, and says “yeah, I’m actually the branch manager.” I asked him as to why he had not identified himself, and he didn’t say anything. He then gives me the membership contract I had filled out two days before, and tells me to sign it and pay a $75 cancellation fee. After I expressed that this was unfair because I felt forced to cancel after his unprofessionalism, but especially and specifically his agressiveness. I was going to take a picture of the contract for my records since I was never provided with a copy, when he yanked the paper off my hands, and said “you know what, don’t pay anything. It’s cancelled.” I was not even provided with any proof of this verbal membership cancellation made by him. I called a few minutes later, to request if I could be provided with proof of the membership cancellation to make sure that I was not going to receive surprise cancellation fees later on. The female manager said the male manager I mentioned before had done a house cancellation and only he could give me proof of it. She said he could send me an e-mail confirming the membership cancellation.after so much unprofessionalism from this supposedly branch manager, who happens to be a deceitful, and very rude and aggressive one.

Pls speak to your office at the 800 block of Flatbush Brooklyn location about courtesy and respect for its customers while they use the machines and while employees clean around the machines. This young new hire seemed to not understand that it’s rude and dangerous to VACUUM around the bike machine I was on as he was literally doing so right under my right foot. I would not have bothered to even register a complaint if he didn’t cop an attitude w me. I called the front desk as he was going downstairs to tattle on me for setting him straight w his attitude. The manager kindly told me she’d talk to this employee. Update : He came back to apologize so that’s fair. Point being: pls talk to your employees about personal space when cleaning equipment. I’ve read other reviews on here, but I can safely say that this gym is pretty clean at this location.
