Before, if you got locked out and needed a code a person could call 24 hours a day, (which makes sense since people work all hours and anything can hapoen) now it's a 8- 5 thing!? That is unrealistic and also they are closed on weekends... I got a stop service thing because I missed my calibration date to riding along with my g/f in her car and now my son basically has to be late because of this new time barrier issue. Not happy!

Terrible service! Bunch of Grifters and Con Artists work sales. Customer service is Rude and DO NOT CARE about over-priced paying customers stuck on the side of the road throughout the night because you shut off my service and DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR SERVICE!Beware if you're thinking about giving your hard earned money to these scoundrels taking advantage of their customers.For example, if you read on their advertising that they have 24 hours service then they are LYING TO YOU unless you consider an answering machine from the 80's with a recorded telling you that YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY CRAWL OUT OF THEIR DRUNKEN STUPOR, FUMBLE THEIR KEYS AND DRIVE TO WORK HUNGOVER FROM SPENDING LAVISHLY ON THE CUSTOMER'S HARD EARNED WAGES. But don't you worry about anything because that crew is linking up their tentacles and doing a lot of BLOW up their noses and getting ready to Finally do the right thing and let me go back Home to my Family that Needs their Father ASAP!!!BTW I have never before given anyone else a 1 one star 🌟 This company Blows & Drive customers and crazy!!!! They did Not earn the 1 star, should be a fat Zero 0 θ.Please take my advice and the Mass Majority of reviews here & DO NOT DO IT, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY OR TRUST.There are other options if you need it. Shop around and you will find a better deal & more reputable people. Do your homework, I am & I am going to CANCEL MY BAD SERVICE HERE and I will see you on the road with a working car Not Sabotaged by these Consciousness Criminals!#!#!#!#!

I would like to start off by saying shame on me for deleting my first review of this company a few months back. I had issues with this company initially installing this interlock (the guy that installed it messed up wires and I had to have it redone in another city 30 minutes away to fix his mistake), but they also have issues honoring what I had paid for when I initially had my interlock installed. They would no longer come out to my city, Ventura, to calibrate my device because the laws had changed and they could no longer calibrate over the phone, so they wanted me to drive to Northridge, ( a 2 hour commute there and back for me) , to have my device calibrated. It was frustrating because I chose this interlock company based off of the fact that they come to you and all fees were included with the install/ removal of interlock and monthly fees. After writing my first review, I believe a man by the name of Michael?, had reached out to me and solved the calibrating issues for me and had people come out to calibrate my interlock. He understood that when my interlock was installed they advertised that they would come yo you. Now I understand that laws change, but you need to honor what your customers paid for prior to this change. Michael understood that, fixed my problem, and we moved on. I altered my review and gave them a good rating. Now it's time for my interlock to be removed AND GUESS WHAT??????? They are doing the same thing, telling me I need to drive my leased , mileage calculated, vehicle out to Northridge with my Toddler to have it removed or I have the option to pay another $75.00 to have a tech come out to remove the interlock even though I paid for this to be done in the beginning!!!!! This is insane and ridiculous, had I known it would be like this I would have chosen another interlock company. On top of this the operator that answered the phone, Darrin, was disrespectful and had no desire to assist me with this matter which i tried to resolve prior to this review. Save yourself the headache and choose another company. I have wasted way way way too much time and money dealing with this company that does not honor their advertisement when I signed up. Should be their loss that they have to pay to have someone come to me to calibrate and remove this device because that is what I was promised when I signed up and they sure didn't have an issue taking my monthly payments every month!!!!!! If corporate or an actual superior of this Darrin character sees this I would like to be contacted to discuss this matter further, because I will take this further.

Customer service isnt to bad, but no one takes ownership within the company even when it is their mistake. They want to put it on us. I get it, we obviously have the device for a reason but there are plenty of other interlock options. Every time I call no one knows what's going on.

Devices do not work properly! I am on my third device and still the same problems. After 2 weeks I had to have my car towed to the shop because the device would not even turn on. Device consistently will not even take you to the screen where you give your sample. I have had the device ask for a sample on several occasions when the car wasn't even running and i wasn't in it. If you don't take the test, then you have a week to get it to the shop to have it serviced. Rude customer service and don't fall for the 'we'll have a tech call you'! They won't. After having the car towed, I was accused of tampering with the device because there were no screws in the back. Subsequently was charged $300. I didnt even know there were screws in the back. And if I had known, and tampered with it, I certainly would have replaced them before taking it in to be fixed! But they have your account number and will do whatever they want! If you like being late to work, being stranded, or waiting in an extremely hot or cold vehicle waiting to get this garbage equipment to work, then this company is for you! If you are like the rest of this, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Blow and Drive has been nothing but amazing! Originally when I called I spoke to Darren. He answered all of my questions and concerns to the tee. He understood my anticipation and excitement to get the interlock in my vehicle so I could finally get my licence back! I had the installation of the interlock in my vehicle the next morning. My technician Nate was very thorough with explaining how everything works and very patient with all my questions. I had called around to get pricing and they were the cheapest by far. No hidden fee's, no monthly calibration fee's and Customer Service 24/7,Overall this is a great company to go with, and I would refer anyone to them.

Worse customer services ever. Technician so disrespectful. So disorganized. Price is cheap but rather paid little more money but to provide me with an excellent customer services.. this company does not care about their customer at all .. I cancel my account and when with a different company

They are quick to take your money but when it comes time for repair service or removal they do a piss poor job customer service gives you the run around all they do is tell you a technician will call you back.
