As an ex-employee of BlueGrace, my advice to any would-be customers or people looking to work here is to stay far, far away. As many other reviews have stated, this business is poorly run and has awful management.I was mass-hired with a group of 30 people for their sales team, and within a year all but 5 were still working there. During my training, I was basically taught how to lie and swindle in order to get customers to commit their shipments to us, only for these loads just to get posted onto shipments boards with other 3PL’s which would only get covered unless we went back to the customer and told them they’d need to dish out more $$$.They brand themselves as a fun, “hyper-growth” company because they hire so many people, but it’s only because they retain less than 90% of those hires and the turnover is unbelievably high. The only ones who manage to stay long term are the ones who buddy up with their managers and directors. They try to draw in the young crowd fresh out of college with an appealing office that has ping pong tables and free beer Friday’s, but once you learn that you’ll be overworked, underpaid, and easily replaced, you see this place for what it is. Don’t be fooled by their clever appeal and recruitment team, don’t work or do business here unless you don’t mind essentially being in a frat house.
