I guess the bad reviews are here for the reason.Broker Don W. booked a load for 9 am pick up.Driver arrived at 822 AM.Don W. was notified, also was notified by the driver after 1.5 that he is still there.We send him bills with times from the shipper, after we delivered the load (1 business day). Right away he said that detention is denied with no explanation.Moreover, he said we send him bills after almost a week which is not true and we have all the emails to prove it.Shady broker, will not work with them again.And I would advise you not to work with them as well, again there are too many bad reviews (also on DAT) so they must be true as no one is writing them without the reason.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! As the link between you and the carrier they should help when freight gets damaged. But they don't. Central Transport TOTALLY RUINED our vending machine in transport to a customer, and it arrived laying down on it side 2 weeks late. Well we got billed to send the totaled machine back to us and 4 MONTHS LATER finally are being told we can get $20 back from Central Transport.A $2000 MACHINE AND NEARLY $500 IN SHIPPING BILLS AND WE GET $20 BACK FOR THE TOTALED MACHINE??? Go to another 3rd party who actually cares about your business!

I am another former employee of this company. I also found out what really goes on behind the scenes with this company like some of the other reviews say. I have to say that most of these reviews are spot on. This is a terrible company to get involved with and I would definately advise anyone that has something to ship to not use this company if you can help it. Unfortunately there have been a few times where I was the one trying to make money off of a business that needed help shipping. This company will try to say that you are getting a great deal but they are only focused on how much money they can make off the sale than they are about the customer. This is coming from first hand experience. Plus in this company it is all about favorites and clicks. I was actually let go after I had to evacuate my mobile home when hurricane Irma came through Florida. I was told that I was a no call no show even though my supervisor at the time had full knowledge of my situation. LIke I said, it's all a number game with this company and they really DO NOT care about their employees (unless you are part of their click) or the customer. Please avoid this company at all costs!

Excellent customer service! Ruben Loyo(Sales Rep) goes up and beyond with his service. I can reach him 24/7 with any questions and he has the answers. This is the worst freight forwarding company!!! Everything about this company is a joke and an insult to all freight companies out there. From the huge disconnect between their departments, which will make you have to tell 5 different people your situation over and over again, to the utmost lack of professionalism of their Sales Executives.My experience with this company was not only regretful but I also lost close to 6 thousand dollars because of their mistakes.Even after they had made the mistake that cost me so much, they had the audacity to try to charge me for it, and change our previously-agreed-on payment terms. This is absurd!!! If you are looking to to have your cargo shipped anywhere, please do not even consider this company, I assure you it will be a waste of your time and money. All the other reviews for this company are made by the employees who currently work there or by unknown accounts. haha! Good one Blue Grace!
