This is the worst freight forwarding company!!! Everything about this company is a joke and an insult to all freight companies out there. From the huge disconnect between their departments, which will make you have to tell 5 different people your situation over and over again, to the utmost lack of professionalism of their Sales Executives.My experience with this company was not only regretful but I also lost close to 6 thousand dollars because of their mistakes.Even after they had made the mistake that cost me so much, they had the audacity to try to charge me for it, and change our previously-agreed-on payment terms. This is absurd!!! If you are looking to to have your cargo shipped anywhere, please do not even consider this company, I assure you it will be a waste of your time and money. All the other reviews for this company are made by the employees who currently work there or by unknown accounts. haha! Good one Blue Grace!
