A little lousy place as the the sales reps on the floor do not care much about customers. They should be trained to be friendly and pleasant. I bought a upright freezer a week ago. Before I pick it up from their warehouse, I phoned up to the store to ask the size and weight of the unit. The lady who picked the phone did not know any details about it. She put me on hold briefly to find out the details and then informed me that it is 7 ft long and 7 kg weight. I was to hire U-Haul cargo van instead of using my 7 seater SUV. THE LENGTH IS LESS THAN 5 FT AND THE WEIGHT IS 49 KG. Bricks, you got to seriously train all your people.
