Feedback:
January 5th 2018. After a lengthy dispute at one of the brick stores I was told I would have to go to the brick warehouse on Kennedy to pick up my box spring and mattress. The salesperson at the store had reassured me that my product would be there. After 20 minutes of waiting at the warehouse I was told that my product was not in stock and that I would have to contact the salesperson if I wanted to get my stuff. The whole experience was horrible, The employees began to circle me like vultures over a kill, the employee I was dealing with could see I was upset about me not being able to get my product and continued to tell me to watch my language, as things started to escalate between me and the employee I decided best to wait in my vehicle and eventually leave the warehouse.IM NEVER SHOPPING AT THE BRICK AGAIN AND THE WAREHOUSE IS A MESS.
