Rita Patel, Chief Marketing Officer
5500 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 1600 | Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55416-1237 It all started in 1982 with one restaurant in Columbus, OH.
Since then weve grown to have a store in every state in the U.S. and continue to open B-Dubs around the world (youre welcome, Earth).
But really, all you need to know About Us is these three things: Wings. Beer. Sports.
Why do those three things matter to us so much? Because thats what our fans want, and thats what were all aboutmaking our fans happy.

Overall Feedback:
Deserves less than 1 star. Don't get me wrong. I'm a fan of chicken wings and Buffalo Wild Wings in Village Crossing Mall in Skokie, IL offers a wonderful selection. I am not slamming the restaurant or its food. I am slamming its management. Tuesdays are BOGO chicken wings days. I didn't know that. I also didn't know the restaurant couldn't handle the crowd it would get. When I got there yesterday, I was told the wait for a table for 2 would be 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes later, the same 5 groups that got there ahead of us were also still waiting to be seated. We were all then told they weren't able to seat any more people and that (if and when we got seated) it would be another hour before we were served food. Why not do the eating public a favor and put a sign on your door refusing service for an hour so your kitchen staff can catch up with the orders it had? If it had said, "To Our Dear Patrons. Due to the popularity of BOGO Chicken Wing Tuesdays and several televised sporting events, we are unable to seat you or serve you for the next two hours. We're sorry we missed you," I would have been understanding. Instead, I watched people turn hangry right before my eyes. Anticipating a food riot, I and my champion chose to leave after over an hour of waiting. If we had known how long the wait truly was, we would have camped out the day before for a better chance at getting good service. If you like a challenge, head to the Village Crossing Buffalo Wild Wings any given Tuesday for double down chicken wings where the food is great if you can get it.
