Forest Hills Ny location should be closed down! I took my kids for lunch today. Wasn't greeted by the waiter until 10 minutes after being seated!!! Then the food came out 45 minutes later!!! It was cold and we were told the fries weren't ready yet so we waited 10 more minutes for our fries!!!!Worst eating experience ever!!!!!

New chicken tenders are awful !!!!! They are not the taste of the usual bw3 tender. I wont ever go again now that you changed them. Instead of one of your signature sauces you might want to serve them with a country gravy

Ordering from website was waste of time, only want you to pay with card there was no cash option upon pickup, had to call store to order food! Not everyone wants to use credit/debit cards. Food is still the bomb but online ordering is pointless if cash payer!

Shaved Angus sandwich turned out to be a ground beef sandwich explained to mgr it was ground not was shaved. He explained with new menu and he hadn't much of a chance to look closely

After receiving the wrong burger we tried to get the attention of our waitress. We received a burger without what we requested on it and instead of correcting and apologizing we got an argument from our waitress that the all American burgers come with onions, Well we asked for onions and there was none. The waitress ignored us and walked around like we wasn’t even there so we didn’t get to tell her we was unhappy until she finally came over.. I called twice from my cellphone to request a manager come to our table and perhaps bring the check. . He finally came named Matt and it only got worse so I turned my camera on. I told the manager we don’t want an argument just the condiments that we ordered. If the corporate office would like to see a video of my experience they can contact me, or respond here and I will kindly share the video. If not I will just put it on YouTube and other sites.
