Save your money or go in stores cause as soon as you make a mistake and try to cancel your order, they refuse to allow you to do so. They give you a tough time and you have to wait till the package gets to you for you to even do anything and with my package they kept delaying the estimation date. It was either I get it the 23rd or the 27th then the 25th. They don’t know what their doing. It’s. Ridiculous. Definitely will not be shopping back with build a bear. Not only were all the people I’ve talked to rude but completely helpless if I could rate them 0 stars I would in a heartbeat.

I only gave 1 star so I could review. I keep reading how wonderful this company is, to bad they don't treat their customers as well. Pay your age was a complete failure that left parents in a bad situation waiting in line for hours and receiving a $15 coupon to get out of line!! Give us what you promised us if we joined your club! People who were not even in line were still given the same $15 coupon if they were a member. Give us until August to come back and "pay your age". My $12 promised purchase ended up costing $31. Where is my loyalty for being a club member? This is false advertising and I wish I didn't have to purchase anything from you but you promised our kids a stuffed animal. This was my last purchase ever.

I paid to have a bear shipped for my girlfriend as she had just had a small surgery done. Initially I paid for 1 day shipping and after looking at tracking to see when the package will arrive it said 4 to 6 business days. So I called FedEx and they tell me that Build-A-Bear label shipping incorrectly. I called Build-A-Bear they give me a refund but tell me that FedEx made the mistake. The representative told me the only option I had was to cancel the last order and purchase a whole new order which I did not want to do because by this time the package would be late and my partner was going home to another state. Long story short after 6 days the package was supposedly delivered my girlfriend stated that she never received the package of course she wasn't home. This was one big mess. I just wanted to bring comfort to someone and it ended up being so unorganized. Calling corporate only to have the machine voicemail asking me to leave a message.

I'd like to know what the plan is to accommodate all the parents and kids that were turned away from the Build Your Age Sale today, July 12th, 2018?We waited forever to have a chance to get in the store and unfortunately didn't get our turn.My family and I even went back to the store around 6:30pm only to find a sign in the door stating that the store it's closed.How is that fair to our children?It's not even good business practice!!!

Used to give you 5 stars as we had been there a few times but after the horribley planned event it has dropped. All you do to make it right with these customers is to give a 15 dollar voucher.
