Had a great burger for lunch at this north palm beach burger fi. It’s a better and quicker atmosphere than the brass ring pub across the street. Parmesan fries are always a good choice.

I used to be a regular to Burger fi. However never order through the phone. The manager informed me at Burger fi they hire outside people to work the phones whom know nothing about the restaurant. They charged my card double. I've contacted corporate and the store since July with still no refund. No one answers when you call corporate to complain and when someone does call back with the information requested and you provide that STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. NOT ONLY AM I ALWAYS A REGUALR AND WOULD HAVE LET IT GO BECAUSE OF THAT BUT MY HALF MY BURGER WAS STILL FROZEN ON TOP OF CHAEGICH MY CARD TWICE WHICH I NEVER EVEN COMPLAINED ABOUT PREVIOUSLY. BUT NOT THAT NO OME EVEN CARES TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY CHARGED ME TWICE IM HIGHLY UPSET!

Why must I have to eat with a dog, that should have been OUTSIDE. I have rights too, according to the ADA and the Florida statutes. No signage was visible and manager claims it's a corporate policy to allow.

My family went to the St Lucie West location last night. You have to place your order and pay for it first. Upon placing our order, we did not know the meals do not come with fries and drinks. Prices were very high for just a sandwich. My wife wanted to try the restaurant so we completed the order. Upon a long wait for our order; we observed the other ordered, that were coming out. The quality of what were observing, and the rudest of the staff member Kris, we asked for a refund on our order. They DID NOT refund the completed order, we had to pay for drinks that were not even filled yet.

The Burger Fi In Amarillo tx is a joke, as far as the drug using employees, nasty and rude management they have nothing going for them. Why on earth would you allow folks like that to operate a business is beyond my belief! You should really do something about it.... It's sad because the food was actually good the service sucks and the nasty folks is what puts a bad taste in your mouth........

The daytime manager at the Woodlanda location, Alicia threatened another employee and told her she would fight her!!! Unbelievable! Why does she still have a job! I will never eat at such a disrespectful establishment again! If that employee files a police report I will testify 100%. So unprofessional, she needs to be fired! No telling how she talks to the employees when customers aren't around.
