I used to be a regular to Burger fi. However never order through the phone. The manager informed me at Burger fi they hire outside people to work the phones whom know nothing about the restaurant. They charged my card double. I've contacted corporate and the store since July with still no refund. No one answers when you call corporate to complain and when someone does call back with the information requested and you provide that STILL WAITING FOR REFUND. NOT ONLY AM I ALWAYS A REGUALR AND WOULD HAVE LET IT GO BECAUSE OF THAT BUT MY HALF MY BURGER WAS STILL FROZEN ON TOP OF CHAEGICH MY CARD TWICE WHICH I NEVER EVEN COMPLAINED ABOUT PREVIOUSLY. BUT NOT THAT NO OME EVEN CARES TO REFUND THE MONEY THEY CHARGED ME TWICE IM HIGHLY UPSET!
