I had an issue 2 times not receiving my complete order at the Bakersfield location. I called in and talked about my issues and reccomended how they can fix it. I have a backgroumd as a business owner and know how hard it is to start up a new business or franchise so I have a lot of respect for the owners. Corporate had great customer service and took care of me. They took my recommendations and said they will work on bettering their locations. The food is quality and the customer service is great. I have a lot of respect for corprate and the franchise owner.

This company will be gone in 5 years. Why? Every restaurant is a franchisee buying in at 50k. Yes, 50k! Any reputable restaurant chain requires 1 to 5 million in liquid assets depending on # of units and future units planned to open. 50k, there is no skin in the game. Can just fold shop and file chapters.......All burgers come in frozen! Only burger spots like Carl’s Jr. and McDonalds freeze their beef. Fast Food. . Yet BurgerIM price point would suggest you are eating at a Habbit Burger or Nations Burgers. Not even Wendy’s freezes their beef. Company born to fail.
What was the best part of the experience?
I felt welcomed and part of the Burgerim family from day 1. They walked me through the process and introduced me to many of the departments and managers. Everyone took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. The corporate office was beautiful, everyone was professional and they made this process very easy for me.
What would you change about the experience?
Honestly, I'm still new to all this and they have all been very helpful this far. Communication is great, the staff is working diligently with helping me construct me store. Its been a great experience so far...

I recently visited the Burgerim headquarters. I really like the franchise opportunities that they offer. I met with the owner and he was very informative and supportive. I think everything they offer is very reasonable and would make this opportunity very rewarding. They offer to work hand in hand with you and are a one stop shop. They help you every step of the way. My experience at the headquarters was very impressive and I am looking forward to working with Burgerim.
