Drove from San Francisco to visit Aaron and Ever. Aaron has exceptional knowledge and experience of all the merchandise he offers. They carry soo many different models and types of espresso machines that you have to only shop with them, they have it all. Ever sat down with us to train us on the specs of the espresso machine we bought that day. He was knowledgeable and well versed in the operations of the machine. Both were very patient and friendly. Prices are very fair for the products they offer. Quality and service superb! Can't wait to do business again with them in the near future.

Ordered from them online which I was a little nervous to do buying a used machine sight unseen. I'm glad I did. The machine arrived and was/is in great condition. We did have to replace the hose going into the machine which wasn't a big deal. Then, I had to call with a question on the initial setup and the service was superb! I'm very impressed with this company and would recommend that if you're wondering if you should buy online, do it!
