We just opened a small cafe and our espresso machine went down. Which means no espresso service for our customers, which means we are dead in the water… i’d heard of Coffee Machine Depot before but never use them, so I called to see how quickly we could get the machine looked at. I spoke with Aaron and after a quick diagnostic over the phone, he suggested I bring it in to save time and money as he understood I needed the machine back up and running ASAP. Well Aaron and his staff are awesome! As soon as I got there, he had one of his technicians immediately take the machine and get started looking at it. They were able to determine the issue and fix it right away so that we can be back up and running without missing too much business. I can’t recommend coffee machine depot enough! We are definitely using them moving forward for all of our service and maintenance needs.
