After a bad experience with Carstar in Raytown, MO, I was reluctant to try another just over the state line. I’m glad I decided to try, because my experience was unparalleled. As soon as I pulled into the lot I knew I was going to be taken care of. I spoke to Lisa on the phone before arriving, and she went above and beyond to ensure my safety and timely vehicle repair. I am extremely impressed with the customer service at this shop. It’s quite far from my house but worth the drive for quality service.

This has got to the most friendliest, processional place I have ever been to get my car repaired. Not only did they do excellent repair work, they kept me informed about the progress. Had a little mishap (don't we all) and paid for extended car rental past what my insurance paid. Thank you for that! If I were to need my car repaired again (certainly hope not) I would take it no other place than CarStar on Metcalf!! Thank you Lisa for being an awesome person to work with!!

Everyone in this location was wonderful and easy to work with. My car looked amazing after the repair and was done very quickly. Highly recommend this office. (Definitely give yourself a few extra minutes to try their awesome massage chair!)

Words can't express how wonderful my experience with everyone at this car star was. I was greeted with smiling faces and one of the coolest entryways of any body shop I have ever been to. They even have a massage chair!! They took their time checking out all the details of my car that I wanted fixed, They fixed everything faster than I thought and It looked Incredible! I would Highly recommend this place to friends and Family. I dealt with a guy I believe was Steve. He was very professional and I would go back if I ever needed body work again!

My car has been at Carstar body shop since December 22nd. Dustin kept me updated on the work weekly, which I really appreciated. I just want to say thank you I'm very pleased and very happy to Finally be back in my own car. I will recommend this shop to anyone that needs a good body shop.😆 overall the whole staff was very friendly and very helpful WAY 2 GO CARSTAR.

Awesome customer service! Lisa has helped me over the years and she does a great job in keeping you informed. I've taken several cars to this facility and the service is just great. Quality of their work is exceptional. Yesterday, I picked up our minivan that had damage to both bumpers and at pickup the car looked liked new. And to my surprise, the interior was cleaned (basically detailed) and it felt like I was picking up a brand new car. Thank you for going above and beyond!
