Feedback:

They lost several articles of clothing, promised they would check the cameras however never did and never called me back. I called the corporate office several times with no return call. I will never use a CD One Price cleaner again, luckily I have found some mom/pop stores that offer the same service.

Feedback:

The location in Chicago Heights, the managers name is Sasha, she promised me if I dropped my comforter off by 10 am Saturday I would have it back by 5 pm the same day well that was clearly not the case! I dropped it off by 930 and came to pick up by 630 well to make a long story short, it was not ready, she was not there for me to talk to but she told her employee over the phone that she will talk to me on Monday!? No apologies no nothing! She wouldn’t talk to me when I asked to speak with her! I’ll never go there again! Oh and by the way, the gentleman that came in after me, they gave him the wrong clothes and SASHA told him the same thing, I’ll talk to u on Monday. That location needs to be closed! I’m now hearing about too many complaints about this location.

Feedback:

I wore my suit one time and brought it in to get cleaned because I got a little cake on the shoulder (I have no idea how I did this). When I returned to the store to pick up my.suit I noticed it was damaged. After speaking with the store manager. She said they were going to clean it again. When I returned again, I noticed that it was still damaged. Since then, the store has been dodging my calls. I called the corporate line and they never pick up. I left messages and they won't call me back. I call different departments and nobody picks up. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm never coming back to this place.

Feedback:

They will take in clothes they know they can’t clean. Make you prepay. Then went you get them back it’s damaged or completely ruined ‍♀️

Feedback:

Brought a rug in to be cleaned and it was returned exactly the same way - was never cleaned. Paid $68 and was told it was a 'third party thing' and ADELINE at the S. Loop Chgo location said she would call back but did not return 3 calls. Called corporate and you can leave a msg. on the answering machine. Never going back.

Feedback:

ASHLAND/WELLINGTON LOCATION, CHICAGO, ILBEWARE. If you own nice clothing, don't bring it to this shop. I brought in a brand new custom cashmere sport coat to be cleaned, and it was returned to me with damage to the lining (a tie from the rear vent was torn completely off, and the lining was coming off the coat. I returned to the shop and spoke with the manager Tony, who immediately offered to cut me a check for the full retail price of the garment. Because I wanted to keep the jacket, I was reasonable and asked him if he could have it repaired to its original condition. Tony agreed to do this and took it to another local cleaner to have it fixed. When I returned to the shop, I noticed that the replacement fabric didn't match, and the thread weave was entirely different. After telling me that my assessment was wrong, Tony agreed to take the coat to Brooks Brothers (where I purchased it), to have it repaired properly. A week later, I hadn't heard from Tony so I stopped by the shop to see what's going on. He approached me with the jacket and told me that Brooks Brothers couldn't find anything wrong with it...so in other words, I'm wrong and my jacket is fine. I asked Tony what Brooks Brothers location he went to, and he could give me an address...which leads me to believe that he never made the effort take the coat to the store. I was then given the phone number of Tony Leasure, the District Manager, to discuss the jacket. I left Tony a VM, and after not hearing back from him for 4 days, I called again and got in touch with him. He informed me that he was surprised that his store manager even offered to repair the garment, because he suspected that I damaged it myself. He then informed me that he wants to send the garment to a forensics clothing examination lab, so they can determine if it was actually the shop, or me who caused the damage. I KID YOU NOT. This company went from offering full compensation for a replacement, to accusing me of damaging my own garment. I'M STUNNED. Further, I left a VM with the customer service line for the corporate office. Its been 5 days and I haven't heard back.
