I'm a HUGE fan of chick fil a & my family eats one of our 3 daily meals there 16+ times a month. USUALLY, one can expect EXCELLENT customer service on most reasonable requests. They offer a grilled chicken sandwich and also grilled nuggets. Recently, I ordered grilled chicken strips/tenders as I've done at MULTIPLE locations throughout Atlanta & ALWAYS been accommodated. It takes approx 7 mins & is a special order. No problem! Happy to wait. The manager/owner at the Conyers location on hwy 138 informed me that it was too much trouble & they didn't have the grill space nor the time necessary to accommodate my request.... REALLY? You're already grilling breast and nuggets & can't throw down a couple of strips?...? WOW! If THIS locations attitude towards customer service is indicative of some new corporate philosophy, then how tragically SAD! I am certain Truitt Cathy would be EXTREMELY disappointed with THIS, after the YEARS of hard work he put in to build such a GREAT organization committed to making sure their customers were satisfied!
