I have been trying to get something resolved with comfort suites in MT PLEASANT SC...SINCE NOVEMBER 3 .... I WAS TOLD BY AARON CLAY HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT ...STILL NOTHING ...THE NUMBERS YOU CALL NO ONE WILL RETURN YOUR CALL,I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES WITH SEVERAL PEOPLE STILL NOTHING ..I DONT THINK I WAS TREATED FAIRLY ON THIS SITUATION ,,I HAVE RETURNED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS BACK TO THE HOTEL .. SOMEONE NAMED BILL WILL NOT RETURN MY CALL...FROM THE HOTEL TODAY 2 MESSAGES TALK TO THE YOUNG LADY AT THE FRONT DESK ,,,,HE JUST STEPPED OUT

I had a slip and fall accident on September 24, 2019, requiring an ambulance ride to the hospital, at the Tacoma Park MD Quality Inn. When I returned to the hotel in the morning and attempted to file an accident report, the manager on duty refused to give me a report, or furnish me with the hotel's insurance information. It took almost a week for me to contact the General Manager, Bob Patel, who told me he did not believe I had an accident. He is still refusing to furnish the insurance contact information. Quality Inn and Choice Hotels is making it as difficult as they can for me, apparently in hopes I will go away. Why is this? Why is it not simply that they give me the information I require, I file an accident report, and deal with the insurance company?Let me assure you all at Choice Hotels that I will not go away!

Greetings My family and I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Choice Hotel 5944 Scarborough Blvd Columbus Ohio 43232 Room 102.We were awakened with horrible methane gases throughout the room. I went to the front desk and was told they knew about the problem and would shut the room down after we checked out. I needed a first floor room because of my disability but I certainly didn't expect to be poisoned in the process. I went to the front desk to check out and waited 45 minutes for no one to arrive. Please investigate and close this hotel down. I had to go to the hospital because of the intensity of the headache and am still dizzy and cannot go to work today. Please follow-up with me, as I would hate for anyone else to experience what we went through.SincerelyVanessa Sparks

Use Choice corporate website to reserve & signed up for Choice Privileges. When I checked in at Kearneysville WV by VA Hospital they had already rented my room to aonther guest without ID free room on my card. One week later now they card six more times. Remember I never gave my card at desk. This free ride is usung my info from using their corporate website. Called corporate nothing they can do. Absolute crooks locally with no help from corporate. Corporate says go back to your bank. If you must stay here do not use Choice website & only pay cash.

The service was good but the cleanliness was not good at all they do not change the comforters or the mattress pads on the beds unless need be (gross), and and the bathrooms need to be sterilized not just cleaned. The company needs to change the standards on cleaning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience of my life. No one was helpful and I kept getting excuses why nothing was being done. I will never be staying at one of these hotels again. They are the worst.

On Apr 30, 2019 we made a reservation for our stay in Quality Inn, Manchester, NH for May 17-19, 2019. We are several families who planned to have an event there. We have booked our rooms through Choice Privileges and paid upfront $209.48 for 2 adults. However, 3 days ago we got an email from the hotel that it is closed for renovation now. We called back to Choice Privileges and asked why they booked hotel when it’s closed for planned renovation?Rep had no answer and tried to call the hotel several times. Nobody picked up a phone there. He continued to call the hotel for almost one hour but nobody picked up a phone at the hotel. Obviously hotel was closed.We asked the rep to cancel our reservation and return our money right away. Instead the rep came up with naïve story that he can’t cancel but his supervisor can. We have spent another hour on the phone chasing the mysterious supervisor. Finally the rep informed us that his supervisor is gone. We understood that rep may continue keep us on the phone indefinitely and strongly demanded to return our money back to our credit card. Rep just hanged up his phone.Thus, we cannot stay in the hotel and we cannot get our money back. We spent almost two hours on the phone. IT'S A SCAM!IT’S NOT A BUSINESS AMERICAN CUSTOMERS APPRECIATE.
