My boyfriend and I stayed at the Comfort Inn 310 Wild Ave, Staten Island, NY. We stayed Saturday Sept 2nd Thru Monday Sept 4th. We DO NOT recommend staying at this location. We are choice privilege members, but after this recent stay…that may change. • Only one of the two room keys worked• Wi-Fi did not work first 24 hours of our stay • Lady who worked nights on the weekend we stayed had a MISERABLE/HORRIBLE attitude and refused to call customer service to fix the wi-fi/internet issues when I informed her it was not working.• Fire alarm kept going off when we showered. No one called the room to make sure we were okay.• The door to the room kept getting jammed/stuck. Literally had to push with your entire body to open.• We reserved the complimentary shuttle to (12pm) AND from (9PM) the Staten Island Ferry. When I called to confirm our pick up time for 9pm, the rude lady at the front desk said there wasn’t enough room, which we would have to wait until 10pm to get on the next one.• Also, breakfast items were being taken down/away earlier than the serving time ended.
