My experience was fabulous! Fellow was quick and efficient and the Citrus-O cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. I would most certainly use them again and recommend them highly.

Super quick and efficient. There was a few stains that didn't come out, but that isn't their fault, one was a vomit stain which understandably they can't guarantee and the others were quite old. However, when they left, the house smelled lovely, and it was very obvious that the carpet was cleaned well. Bruno was my technician and he was very quick about his work and did it well. I appreciated their service.

Excellent service and such an amazing clean. I didn't realize how dull my area rug was until it was cleaned. I wasn't even planning on getting it done as it's fairly new but once they got here they suggested it and the colors are all vibrant again... weeks later and I can still smell the sweet scent. So happy this is all natural and my kitty and son were safe to be around. All around such a great experience and so thankful he got out stains even he wasn't sure could be gotten out :)

Technichian guaranteed removal of pet odour for an additional charge of course but said it wouldn't be necessary. So by taking the "professional's" advice we opted out. It didn't work, called them back, they tried to charge us again for it and then stated that after the guaranteed pet odour removal treatment, if it didn't work that we would have to cut out a section of carpet and replace it. That was the worst possible and most costly advice that could have been given. They claimed that if the pet stain penetrated the plywood then the carpet would have to be cut out and so they wouldn't resolve the issue at least not for an addition charge but why would you cut out the carpet if the treatment for the carpet is guaranteed?! The problem lies within the plywood and the fix for that is to pull the carpet back and use an oil based stain and odour blocking paint primer on the affected areas then lay down and kick the carpet back into place. I will never refer or recommended Citrus-O again to anyone under any circumstances. Citrus-O I don't need a response to this. You guys had your chance and refused to rectify it then. Too little, too late.

Excellent customer service! If looking to set up an appointment talk to Curtis. He was extremely helpful, thoroughly explained the process, and even followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Which we were! Our Carpet Tech Bernard went above and beyond during the cleaning. There was a massive black stain right in the middle of our office that he was able to remove and we greatly appreciate it! 10/10 would recommend this service.

Citrus-O did a great job! My carpets were looking sad before, and now they're sparkly clean. The tech was friendly, fast, and professional, and I'm happy with the end product. My only beef is that the citrus smell is very strong, so be sure to open a window or put on a fan if you're sensitive to smells.

Although I had nothing but issues with the after hours call center their work ethic on site and the job they do is by far superior to anything else out there. They cleaned the carpets in the new house yesterday and are doing the old house this Saturday. Would recommend and use again!

Unfortunately after $560.00 (for one bedroom) my carpets we're destroyed. The machine they used was malfunctioning and wouldn't suck the water out of the carpet. My carpets we're left sticky and stained. The citrus smell attracted hundreds of fruit flies that took over a month to get rid of. I've left multiple messages with customer service who will not call me back. I feel taken advantage of and I would strongly urge anyone to avoid these crooks.

i used citrus to clean my carpets they charged me $1100.00 i than used a different company to clean the same capets and was charged $189.99 what a rip off i would not recomend citrus o
