As a woman who lives alone, I always dread dealing with a plumbing issue. CityWide knew how to make me feel at ease and took care of it fast and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and use again should another problem arise because in NY (due to the old construction) you just never know!

I spent over $250 dollars for a guy to come an hour late and did less than 10 minutes of work with a snake tool. I got into the wrong business because apparently plumbers make almost $1,800 a day. Avoid them, there are a lot of better options on the internet for much cheaper.

Pros:Joey responded to my quote very quickly. Their service was prompt and they sent someone out to look at the toilet the very next day.Cons:I was never informed of their no guarantee policy for commercial buildings.When I called to tell Joey that the initial problem was not fixed correctly, he insisted I was wrong and that they would charge me another $200 to come take another look. I was certain that the initial problem was not fixed, and after having 2 other plumbers come out to diagnose the issue, it did turn out to be a much larger problem. I wish that Joey would have been open to the idea that they made a mistake in the original diagnosis.I felt unfairly treated because I paid this company $200 and now I will be paying another plumber a much larger bill to fix the original issue. I got quotes and guarantees from 2 other plumbers who both say it's a much larger problem than Citywide Plumbing thought.I would not recommend hiring a plumber from this company for commercial work.

After waiting into the wee hours of the predawn hours I finally gave up and did a quick search for an alternative option. Searching online citywide came up and I gave them a call: 1:48am. Lovely and alert receptionist responded and the call was put out to plumber. In coordinating a time the plumber arrived with his crew and latest equipment to address a main line sewer backup. Thanks God I came across Harry, of Citywide Plumbing, and his crew. First rate service. They have a customer in us for a lon time to come. Stay blessed!

Very reputable company. The service was fast and the plumber was so polite! I highly recommend this company if you have any clogged pipes or sewers!
