We are so pleased with our new master bedroom closet. It's absolutely gorgeous! Tim Albert assisted us with choosing style and color. His designs were beautiful. The installers were very pleasant and kept everything neat and clean. Very professional service from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend closet and storage concepts to our family and friends.

I had 4 consultants come to my home and they were all great. My husband and I had never done this before and wanted to make sure that our (mine) master closet was going to measure up to my specifications and needs as well as quality. Previously I removed my closet door which was preventing me in getting behind the door and felt very tight. My clothes was just hanging lifelessly. I had the consultation with Danielle and she just had the right idea to design my closet. We went through several changes and she was within my budget. We couldn't believe how quickly the installation took. I think the installer's name is (John) he blew me away. He cleaned up everything and even spots on the carpet. Highly recommended company that meets your expectations and budget. Go with Closet & Storage Concept you wont be disappointed. BTW I have several more projects coming their way. Laundry room which I already have the designs and specification done. Thanks Danielle again and again.

I was delighted when I came home and saw my new bedroom closet for the first time. The work was clean and complete when I first saw it. To get us there was lead designer, Elyce O'Malley, who took her time to be sure she understood our needs and was able to point out any issues with the space. She had solutions for all of the constraints in the space and took the time to be sure I understood. I loved the advise I was given on the colors that would perfectly match my furniture and flooring. This project was completed on a very tight timeline.

This is my second time using Closet & Storage Concepts and I couldn’t be happier! Amy did a fabulous job maximizing the space and helping me thoughtfully design a beautiful space and the installers arrived on time and completed the job neatly and without any problems. Our first install was over 3 years ago so I can also speak to the quality of the workmanship years later. I would highly recommend and would absolutely use them again! I recently decided to have my master bedroom closet re-organized professionally and after researching online I chose Closet & Storage Concepts. I visited their show room and was very impressed with the quality and options available. I was able to have a prompt appointment for a consultation and was very happy with the recommendations of their designer Danielle. When I saw the renderings and also the estimate I was so amazed I decided to have two more closets included in the project. The day of the installation the worker was prompt as well as professional and cleaned all of the debris. The quality and functionality as well as the amazing value far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience working with Closet and Storage Concepts. They did a closet assessment which was very impressive, by measuring and counting all of our clothes, shoes, pocketbooks, etc to ensure our closet had exactly the right amount of shelves/drawers/hanging space. The work was done timely and anything that was not perfect was quickly fixed by a wonderful customer service staff. Would highly recommend them!!!

My wife and I had our closets custom designed by another national closet company over 5 years ago, and from day one we were never 100% satisfied. The purpose of doing our closets was to keep everything neat and organized. We contacted the original company several times and for them to come back to make adjustments and suggestions, unfortunately nothing was working. In July we decided to visit Closet and Storage Concepts in Marlton to see what they have to offer. Needless to say I stopped by their showroom and 8:45 in the evening and the door was locked as I stopped after normal business hours. As I was walking away a lady came to the door to see if I needed help. I told her I would come back during regular office hours. She insisted on me coming in to at least get an idea of what they offer and to also give me a brochure. Her name was Chris by the way, super sweet lady and she was there with Allison, also very sweet and helpful. We spoke for a few minutes, I explained my situation and both Chris and Allison couldn’t be any nicer and kinder then to help me at night when they should have been home. But no, they proved that they care and wanted to make sure I understood everything they could do. Chris set up a consultation at our house with Amy who is a salesperson. She met my wife within a few days and was honest, not pushy and very up front with what she thinks would work best. In fact, she didn’t want to see us waste our money and suggested we reorganize our current closet. It still wasn’t working so I told my wife to go ahead and just allow Amy to design all new closets throughout entire house. Any went ahead and took measurements and did the layout. Within a few days we received the quote and within minutes I signed the contract and called in my deposit. Within a few weeks the closets were ready to be installed. They called to schedule the installation and the crew arrived on time, installed everything as shown on the layout and completed everything within the time frame they told me. The crew cleaned up their mess which wasn’t a lot, but I didn’t have to ask them to and they went over everything with us and they were on their way. I would definitely suggest Closet and Storage Concepts over the other companies without a doubt. Try and ask for Amy she is the sweetest person you can imagine. And actually everyone I spoke to in the company was very helpful, accommodating and professional from start to finish. Wish I had more closets to get done. Now our closets are 100% perfect and the layout and design is amazing!
