My wife and I had our closets custom designed by another national closet company over 5 years ago, and from day one we were never 100% satisfied. The purpose of doing our closets was to keep everything neat and organized. We contacted the original company several times and for them to come back to make adjustments and suggestions, unfortunately nothing was working. In July we decided to visit Closet and Storage Concepts in Marlton to see what they have to offer. Needless to say I stopped by their showroom and 8:45 in the evening and the door was locked as I stopped after normal business hours. As I was walking away a lady came to the door to see if I needed help. I told her I would come back during regular office hours. She insisted on me coming in to at least get an idea of what they offer and to also give me a brochure. Her name was Chris by the way, super sweet lady and she was there with Allison, also very sweet and helpful. We spoke for a few minutes, I explained my situation and both Chris and Allison couldn’t be any nicer and kinder then to help me at night when they should have been home. But no, they proved that they care and wanted to make sure I understood everything they could do. Chris set up a consultation at our house with Amy who is a salesperson. She met my wife within a few days and was honest, not pushy and very up front with what she thinks would work best. In fact, she didn’t want to see us waste our money and suggested we reorganize our current closet. It still wasn’t working so I told my wife to go ahead and just allow Amy to design all new closets throughout entire house. Any went ahead and took measurements and did the layout. Within a few days we received the quote and within minutes I signed the contract and called in my deposit. Within a few weeks the closets were ready to be installed. They called to schedule the installation and the crew arrived on time, installed everything as shown on the layout and completed everything within the time frame they told me. The crew cleaned up their mess which wasn’t a lot, but I didn’t have to ask them to and they went over everything with us and they were on their way. I would definitely suggest Closet and Storage Concepts over the other companies without a doubt. Try and ask for Amy she is the sweetest person you can imagine. And actually everyone I spoke to in the company was very helpful, accommodating and professional from start to finish. Wish I had more closets to get done. Now our closets are 100% perfect and the layout and design is amazing!
