I had an incident where I slipped on the ice and snow, and the management and corporate offices have completely blown this situation off. I am now having severe back problems from this incident. The Hotel manager herself asked me what exactly I wanted her to do about the situation, I couldn't believe it.. I informed the front desk immediately and the young girl at the front desk said she didn't think it was that slippery!!! I mentioned to the young girl at the front desk that she might want to put out some rock salt on three different occasions that same evening, and she said I will, I also, mentioned to her that if they didn't want someone to get seriously hurt and have a lawsuit that it'd probably be in the hotels best interest to put some rock salt down... NEVER HAPPENED!!! This is completely unreal for a big hotel chain.... I am contacting an attorney I've waited long enough to hear from their corporate office. I'm done waiting now. Keeping in mind we are the very first vehicle parked in this photo which is a handicapped parking spot... This is completely unsatisfactory for a hotel chain, management, and their employees to be this negligent, so my husband and I will be calling an attorney.
