Avoid.PSW for my independent elderly mother.High turnover of workers. Given allocated hours, inconsistent check in and check out process at home. Some valuable minutes lost. Poor communication on - lines of authority - - management accountability - and who are right contacts.Contacts difficult to reach. Re-organizing at the same time. Complaints to their CCAC 'masters'.We complained several times to CCAC.CCAC indicated that we are the fifth complaint about this firm. They documented this and referred it to their service level contracts group. So at contract renewal, unlikely they will be contracted again.
