Feedback:

I booked a room at Country Hearth Inn and Suites UNION CITY, Georgia 2-5-2019, I checked in around 7:15 went t the room 219 it was deplorable, dirty, had an order. The lamp shades on the lamps were raggedy. I went back to the check inn desk and ask for a refund. The clerk tried to show me another room I declined and was given a refund. The room was hideous!!!!!

Feedback:

WE HAVE STAYED AT THE WILLARD, OHIO INN SEVERAL TIMES AND ARE AMAZED TO SMELL THE SMOKE IN THE HALLWAYS OF NON SMOKING ROOMS. IT SEEMS THAT THIS PLACE NEVER HAS A SHOWER/TUB DRAIN THAT I NOT CLOGGED WITH DISGUSTING HAIR!!!!! THE DESK PEOPLE ARE LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE - HAD A SITUATION WHERE WE FELT WE MIGHT HAVE TO CALL THE POLICE ABOUT SOMETHING MISSING AND I HAD TO CALL INFORMATION TO REACH THE POLICE - THE FRONT DESK REFUSED TO CALL THEM OR EVEN VOLUNTEER THE NUMBER. JUST REDICULOUS BEHAVIOR AND THEN DEMANDED THAT WE CHECK OUT EARLY CAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS UPSET OVER THEIR LACK OF COOPERATION.... I EVEN SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER - KATHY LONEY AFTER I WAS TOLD BY BRENDA GIBSON THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST DOWNRIGHT INEPT!!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THIS LOCATION - IT MAY BE TURNING A PROFIT DUE TO THE RR TIES BUT THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!! I SURE YOUR OTHER FACILITIES ARE MUCH, MUCH BETTER THAN THIS ONE....

Feedback:

7/18/13-7/20/13 I stayed in the Country Hearth Inn in Urbana, Ohio room 104. I called ahead (by approx a month) to ensure that the room I reserved had handicapped bars in the shower because a member of my party needed them. Upon arrival, I repeated this request only to find out that nothing had been done about the request prior to my arrival. We were asked to 'tour' the available room to see if it was to our satisfaction, however, it was the best that was available. There were no bars in the shower....only a seating platform. However, that turned out to be the least of our problems. The light in the shower/toilet area only worked partially (bulb was going bad or there was a short in the wiring.) The toilet was visually disgusting...looked as if someone had poured acid on it and the seat coating was being eaten away. There was mold/mildew in several places in the bathroom stall...all over shower doors/all over the grout on the floor near shower & toilet/on ceiling above walk-in shower. There was no running hot water for the first night's stay. This was an adjoining room and the lock to lock the door between the rooms didn't lock. It just continuously spun. There was no safety lock on the main entrance door to our room IT had been previously broken. There were various hairs in the beds. There were dirt/food particles on the floor between the bed & night stand. Not only was this room unsafe it was also hideously unsanitary. There was not a front desk attendant available 3 out of the 4 attempts I made to speak to them, either. I have plenty of pictures to prove my statements, as well.
