Having been a customer here before, it's sad to say that this place has gone downhill and I will never be back again. Trying to enjoy a nice summer afternoon, my mother and I decided to roam downtown this past Sunday and we decided to grab one of your Croissants. We arrived at 3:40pm, and as soon as we entered the store, we were rudely told that they were closing, even though the store didn't close until 4pm. As someone who is a manager in customer service, customers can come in any time up until you close and you need to serve them regardless. I would completely understand if they were sold out of what we wanted, but that wasn't the case. We said we'd be quick and the cashier rolled her eyes at us...so rude. We ordered two basic Croissants to go and my mom simply asked for some jam on her Croissant however none was put on. A few more customers came in and left before ordering due to how rude they were also treated. Any time we'd try to talk to someone that worked at this store, all they said to us was the fact that they wouldn't talk to us because they are "closing soon", This type of customer service is EXTREMELY unacceptable and if they worked for me, I'd one hundred percent manage them out of the business for sure. It's sad but I know how expensive rent is downtown oakville and to be turning valuable customers away because you "decided to close early" isn't right. Won't be returning again and will be telling everyone I know to AVOID this place.

Wow. I love this place. It's been tricky to find a place that has both excellent chocolate croissants and excellent cappuccinos that are the most similar to the ones in Croatia. The chocolate in the croissants oozes and isn't a solid block (how most places have them). You can easily taste the quality in the ingredients used too. In Croatia, I love their vanilla cappuccinos (which is next to impossible to find cafes that make good ones here). This cafe made me a regular cappuccino with a shot of vanilla and it was very good. Will be coming here frequently.

Wow, amazing family owned bakery.Been here for breakfast with my wife, celebrated the back to school 😁No printed menu, everything on the blackboard, going directly to the cashier and ordering. Egg Benedict was amazing, cooked properly, roast beef was good with tasty mustard sauce. Good sweets, lemon tart was sweet and sour and very fresh.

I went to the Croissant Express (at ~ 1 pm) and was lucky enough to order and receive an almond croissant ... very tasty! So much so, that I had attempted to return, at or after noon, on THREE different occasions. Croissant Express was SOLD OUT of their name sake (croissants) on each subsequent visit! I will NOT be attempting a fourth sad experience.

Delicious pastries!!! Very friendly staff. Wonderful place to go for breakfast on the weekend with your friends and family. And great to grab a coffee and pastry any morning.
