This was a mess from start to finish. The Manger Parwiz Azim needs training again he is defy not hospitable he is very rude and he cuts you off and my family had to wait 3 hours to get a room that was connecting which was already in the reservation and was blocked but one of the agents unblocked and gave to another guest. When trying express the matter with Parwiz Azim he didn’t want to hear anything we had to say no empathy and I expressed to him that it was my brother wedding anniversary. I will never stay or send anyone to this property again
