I am not sure how this company has gotten so many good reviews. We got paired with this company from USAA, our insurance company due to a sewage flood in our basement. This incident happened in August of 2013. Its now April and we are still dealing with them. From the get go the communication was terrible and still is. They never give warning as to when they will be at your house and then call you at work and say hey, I am here. I cant tell you how many times that happened to us. The manager who we dealt with on the water mitigation side was terrible. Would leave constant messages and would never call back. He would tell me he was going to call at certain times and never would. Beyond aggravating! When we finally moved to the construction side of things we thought things would get better or have to after contacting the owner of this company! Wrong! Construction part was again disorganized, lack of communication and I cant tell you the times they said they were going to be at my house and were either late or had the time wrong. I kept getting the excuse, sorry, I thought it went in my iPad schedule but I guess it didnt make it. Constant scheduling conflicts, etc. This company is unprofessional and not sure how many times you can make the same mistakes over and over. I have been apologized too several times because they cant seem to get their act together. Steer clear of this company if you want a disorganized mess and want to wait a year to get a job done! I have been in contact with USAA and have given my feedback on this company. Had we not been so deep in the process I would have pulled the plug a long time ago. Awful experience and once again, another, I can't stand contractors experience! For as long as they have been in business you would think they would have all their kinks ironed out at this rate but the problem is that they can't seem to keep employees hired so its always a mess. I will not be recommending this company to any of my friends and family. I was fair and gave them several chances but comes a time when you can only mess up so many times!
