Feedback:

Delta is the first and only company I would call if there's a problem in our house.When our whole house was flooding, their MITIGATION team was able to swoop in on very short notice to stop the leaks and prevent real damage to our house. Their professional PROJECT MANAGEMENT kept us informed, and in the loop for every step of the project -- which is a refreshing change from the way many contractors operate. And, Delta's RECONSTRUCTION teams are top notch, perfectly matching paint, carpets, and even replacing built-in cabinets. When they left, you'd never know what had happened.At every level, Delta's professionalism, rapid response, and quality of work is just outstanding. So, while I really hope I don't ever have another flooding disaster in our house, if you come home from winter vacation with water gushing through your basement, Delta is the place to call.

The crew enlisted the help of a few of their temps, because the job wasn’t getting done fast enough. We let them into our house, helped out as much we could, they had a supervisor come out. Our basement flooded, and with a newborn baby, we needed it taken care of ASAP. Going on 2 weeks now of not being able to spend time at home, and find my PlayStation controller missing and some medical flower missing. Haven’t gotten a good look at what else is missing but needed to let people know not to go with this company. Young, unprofessional, and apparently cannot keep their hands to themselves while being entrusted with other people’s property. Very disappointing and not worth the high rate.

We had a leak in our kitchen from the master bath. They arrived promptly (even early) and got to work to get our ceiling and floor dried. We had no issues with their service or people.We did have another issue stem from our original service. Delta Disasters owned the issue and took care of us. Things happen. To me, it is all about how the company handles the issue once it happens. Delta stood by their word and took care of us. You don't often get that from a company.Bobby was great managing the project. A shout out to Beth, Phillip and Trevor for doing a great job moving our furniture back in and having patience with me.Thank you, Delta Disaster Services. While I hope I don't have another issues, I know that we will be fine with you in our corner.

These guys were all really great to us from start to finish. Ken Hildebrandt was our reconstruction project manager and provided excellent customer service. Disaster was not a fun process, and hard to go through as a customer, but he was patient and very knowledgeable and made sure all of the work was being done timely and to great quality. We would not hesitate to use Delta again, though here's hoping we don't have to :).

Although they arrived ready to work in the time promised. They spent about an hour calling back and forth to their office and the city, who was responsible for the sewer back-up at my business, to find out who was going to be paying them. I showed them my insurance policy, claim number, and that I have plenty of coverage for the specific situation with a zero deductible and they refused to work unless I agreed to pay them a $500 deductible anyway. They then suggested I wait through the weekend (Easter weekend) with the emergency sewer water back-up flooding my work area and they would return on Monday assuming I would agree to go ahead and pay them as demanded. They claimed to be able to work directly with my insurance company but if that were truly the case, why would they ask me to pay an amount I am not responsible to pay? Everybody knows that the insurance adjuster is not going to be out for several days and damages need to be mitigated immediately for health concerns and to reduce overall property damage. I have had two other similar situations where the clean-up company shows up, has me sign a work authorization including my insurance policy and claim numbers then they get to work cleaning up the area immediately. I did end up calling another company who showed up promptly and cleaned up the mess after having me provide the work authorization and insurance claim information. I suggest not using Delta Disaster if you have a zero deducible plan so you won't waste your time in an already stressful upsetting situation. They clearly don't care about their customers.

0/5 isn't selectable... so 1/5 is the lowest possible. There was only one person at the company that was useful. I tried hard to get him to followup with other departments since he always responded promptly. But he was unable to due to Delta's terrible organization and department structure. The fix up work was not complete due to poor communication from those at Delta who sub-contracted the work to workers who didn't speak English. We were unable to explain what needed to be done and nobody from Delta came along to show/explain. Horrible experience. To top it off, Delta revised my quote to exclude the things that weren't done. Pretty shady if you ask me. My opinion... opt for the next bidder!

I was well into the cleanup when the insurance company called Delta. They were at my house in less than an hour, and wrapped up the job quickly. Communicated well through rest of mitigation process.
