We did not have a good experience with our dog's first and last visit here. I liked that we could see our dog on the webcams online, however I was disturbed by what I saw. They let the dogs pee and poop inside. That threw us off when we first did a tour but we were assured that the attendant who is with the dogs at all times immediately cleans it up. We paid extra for our dog to be taken outside twice. I don't think she was taken outside.... But I can't be sure - I didn't watch all day. What I did see was that they use the same disgusting mop to clean up pee - dragging it from one puddle to the next and then just leaving it out to grow bacteria. GROSS. Our dog now has an eye infection after spending the day in that gross place. We definitely will not be going back there...

I’m totally disappointed with this place. I made a grooming reservation for my Samoyed and was told to drop him off at 930AM. After I dropped him off, I received a call from the groomer to consult with the grooming. I told her that I would like a full grooming as we did before. The groomer told me that they have changed their salon products to organic products and the price would raise “a little”. She asked for $160 for a full grooming! I was surprised but decided to give it a try. BUT then I was told to pick up my dog at 7PM. I wondered why it would take it so long and was told by the groomer that the grooming needs a full 4-hour that would be fall between her lunch break. She would do it after she came back from lunch. So WHY THE HECK YOU NEED ME TO DROP OFF MY DOG AT 930 IN THE MORNING??? In stead of leaving my dog in their cage for the entire morning I decided to pick him up and send him back after their “lunch break.” When I drove back to Dogtopia and picked up my dog I found BLOOD over his face! I asked the receptionist what happened and was told that my dog was “just rubbing his nose against the crate because of anxiety.” My dog is a nicely crate trained sweetheart and used to grooming and boarding and all. I don’t believe them. The groomer came out and yelled to us that she doesn’t want an unhappy customer. Of course I am unhappy after seeing my dog covered with blood for just leaving him for less than 30 minutes. I can’t imagine what if I didn’t came back and waited to pick him up at 7pm. I don’t know if they wish the would will go away after a few hours. I left with no apology or anything. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM. I RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO AVOID THIS PLACE!

My dog is new to the daycare atmosphere and the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the process. They were very willing to answer my many questions, and I could tell they would be very caring towards my dog. I also love that I can check in on my dog with the webcams! Definitely recommend.

Staff is friendly, responsive and caring. The facility is clean and my dog Glen is excited when I drop him off. The monthly unlimited price is the best I've seen in the area. Convenient location to drop your dog off for the day if you work in Tyson's. I can't overemphasize the importance of properly socializing a dog and Dogtopia daycare is a great way to do that. Additionally, after a day of open play daycare, my young pit has expended a lot of his innate energy which makes him significantly more focused when we're working on training.
