This place is a joke i order a steak and cheese grinder and a large pizza bacon and ham with a pepsi but about $30 and it shows up for one late 2 completely wrong brought and Italian sub with a pizza with ground beef on it brought my pepsi though so good on them. so i call back they tell me all they can do it give me a coupon for free grinder so i just take it instead of saying give my money back now here i am about to try again and they say its not in thier system.... i wont be wasting my time here anymore

For many years they had the best grinders but the quality is going down and it is very disappointing this review is for Dolly's in Union Lake.

I love the unique Greek specialty pizza. The pizza I got from this location was perfectly portioned with toppings and came out quickly. Great pizza and great service.

They must have just! Opened up. The pie was fresh out of the oven. But. The cheese was not hot or the pizza! And the cheese had a old stale or going bad taste! To it. I went out of my way 12 miles to get this 🍕 i even set in the lot to eat it. The oven must not have gotten hot enough due to them just Opened up.... I hope! The old cheese that's a nother story"

Ordered online and paid with my credit card. Then I realized I put pick up instead of delivery and had to cancel, they couldn't change it to delivery. I was told only corporate could refund my money and reassured this would only take a few days. After a few days went by I called again and was told the office coordinator had to refund my money and she would do so in a few days. It's about a month and no refund. I guess it's time to find another pizza place -

Ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for Monday night football and the food was absolutely awful. I showed up right on time when the food was supposed to be ready and picked it up. When we got it home and opened up the pizza it looked like it had been sitting there all afternoon. It wasn't even close to being warm. Wings were ok. Breadsticks hollow and tasteless. After not going to Dolly's pizza for years, we tried again and are really disappointed and will never be going back.

I've had trouble with Google Maps, and I really didn't intend to post this rating until I had heard back from you.7/16/2018All I can say now, is BE CAREFUL!!! On 7/11/2018, at 7:22 PM, I ordered 3 grinders, for my family, from this location. As a result, we all became ill with unfortunate gastrointestinal symptoms, within two hours of eating these grinders for dinner. These symptoms lasted throughout the night and into early afternoon the next day. I contacted the Cooley Lake location on the morning of 7/12. I was told someone would contact me. You see the above message, as the management responded, not acknowledging that I contacted them.I emailed the company, as suggested in the aforementioned post, on 7/13. To date have no response. This is my first order, to Dolly's Pizza, in 5 years. I have always had great food and experiences with this location, in the past. Clearly that's just what it is, the past.
