Ordered online and paid with my credit card. Then I realized I put pick up instead of delivery and had to cancel, they couldn't change it to delivery. I was told only corporate could refund my money and reassured this would only take a few days. After a few days went by I called again and was told the office coordinator had to refund my money and she would do so in a few days. It's about a month and no refund. I guess it's time to find another pizza place -
