Client Review on Domino's Pizza
Feedback:
It took me almost 3 hours to get my 2 pastas. I only live 5 minutes away but my son was sick so I decided to do delivery instead of carryout like I normally do. I placed my order and confirmed they received it at 7:20. I called the manager after an hour almost 8:30 and he said it was leaving in 10 minutes and apologized. No problem... Waited, waited waited... Waited about 30 minutes and checked my tracker online and it said "Delivered". I panic thinking they delivered it to the wrong house! So I call again to let them know the tracker says it has been delivered but I didn't get it. The manager responded "that tracker is just a gimmick that corporate makes us do so we don't have to give free pizzas so don't look at that." I said, "Well, I would like my food, where is it???" The manager says "Oh Candy is bringing it now, she's leaving the building so about 5 minutes." Waiting, waiting, waiting.... 9:45 rolls by, I'm pissed! I call again and some other guy answers. I said. "WHERE IS MY FOOD? DO NOT TELL ME IT'S LEAVING THE BUILDING!" He proceeds to tell me they just finished making it and it was on its way. I get my food at 10:08! It looked old and was cold. I reached out to corporate and they still have yet to call me back or email me. I will never do business with them again!!!
