What was the best part of the experience?

The pizza was hot and the delivery person was as nice as she could be

What would you change about the experience?

The communication withe person answering the phone. I had to repeat myself 4 times and spell everything out. The person who answered the phone was Warren, kept putting me on hold. They forgot the pop so the delivery person had to go to the closest convenient store to get two 20 oz pops. So the better give a kudos for covering their backs. Plus we ordered extra Canadian bacon and extra pineapple and got charged for it but didn’t get it, it was on the box.

Feedback:

I was not happy. I should not have had to repeat myself. Then get a call back and ask where my home was when I clearly spelled it out for them when they have been to my house dozens of times

Nothing, due to us cancel the order in the aftermath , didn’t want to wait 4 hours for a pizza which was baked 5 hours earlier

What would you change about the experience?

Absolutely everything, I will never order from them again and I can’t recommend the in honest

We ordered our pizzas at 2 pm for 5 pm. At 5:15 we TRIED to call the store, waited on phone for 35 minutes! By chance we got another call in call waiting at 5:45. It was the store on 16 th ave in Conway South Carolina. Whoopy, telling us that our pizza was waiting for an hour to be delivered in another 3-4 hours! First this notice was already 45 minutes late ! And on top we should wait another 3-4 hours for a cold pizza? This absolutely sucks. Trust me, this was the VERY LADT TIME I ORDERED FROM YOUR COMPANY. I asked politely to cancel my order , reimburse our money and ordered from a local pizzeria. Thanks for absolute horrid customer service. I’ll tell that story to who ever wants to hear it. Furthermore I’ll leave my reviews where ever I can post it, Yelp, Yellow pages etc.!!!!!

I seen the latest commercial for delivery. It states that if ur order is wrong they will correct their mistake if you buy pizza insurance. How about making it right whether you have insurance or not. And oh by the way, dominos has the worst reheat taste of any pizza chain I’ve ever had.

Just asking about the N. Chester Bakersfield CA, 93308 store, on why when they portray they stay open until 12:00am yet when you call and call and call to place an order around 11:30pm mind you even if they do answer they'll hang up on you, why not just say you close at 11:30pm instead of 12:00am. That really just irritates people. Why can you not get it together? Is it really that hard to change the time you say you're open until just because employees are too damn lazy to work until 12:00am like ADVERTISED. I just do not understand the laziness you show everyone by wanting to close earlier than advertised, because now you gave the hopes up from someone who really wanted two pizzas to enjoy, I've ordered from Domino's many many times, now I will never order from you. I hope the rest of your stores start closing earlier and earlier until all of your stores are completely closed for good, then all your employees can get off with plenty of time to do whatever you would like, for instance your own cousin. Burrrnnnn.

It took me almost 3 hours to get my 2 pastas. I only live 5 minutes away but my son was sick so I decided to do delivery instead of carryout like I normally do. I placed my order and confirmed they received it at 7:20. I called the manager after an hour almost 8:30 and he said it was leaving in 10 minutes and apologized. No problem... Waited, waited waited... Waited about 30 minutes and checked my tracker online and it said "Delivered". I panic thinking they delivered it to the wrong house! So I call again to let them know the tracker says it has been delivered but I didn't get it. The manager responded "that tracker is just a gimmick that corporate makes us do so we don't have to give free pizzas so don't look at that." I said, "Well, I would like my food, where is it???" The manager says "Oh Candy is bringing it now, she's leaving the building so about 5 minutes." Waiting, waiting, waiting.... 9:45 rolls by, I'm pissed! I call again and some other guy answers. I said. "WHERE IS MY FOOD? DO NOT TELL ME IT'S LEAVING THE BUILDING!" He proceeds to tell me they just finished making it and it was on its way. I get my food at 10:08! It looked old and was cold. I reached out to corporate and they still have yet to call me back or email me. I will never do business with them again!!!

Seems so minor but as a grandmother I've instilled in my grandchildren and children before. ..too never run with scissors. I have a few grandchildren under 5 years old whom have watched the current commercial and said Nana he is running with scissors and that's really bad. While sitting here it really bothered me that what we teach these young ones not to do is now made to look super fun. Just a quick thought .

Worst experience ever at Troy Missouri Dominos. Wrong food , very rude manager and staff. Didnt change glove in between making meals. Just filthy and disrespectful.
