What was the best part of the experience?

The pizza was hot and the delivery person was as nice as she could be

What would you change about the experience?

The communication withe person answering the phone. I had to repeat myself 4 times and spell everything out. The person who answered the phone was Warren, kept putting me on hold. They forgot the pop so the delivery person had to go to the closest convenient store to get two 20 oz pops. So the better give a kudos for covering their backs. Plus we ordered extra Canadian bacon and extra pineapple and got charged for it but didn’t get it, it was on the box.

Feedback:

I was not happy. I should not have had to repeat myself. Then get a call back and ask where my home was when I clearly spelled it out for them when they have been to my house dozens of times
