This corporate office is a joke. I called twice to complain about a pizza I bought at the zoo it was not the same product that I have been eating for 30 years and I was so disappointed. DONT GET DONATOS AT THE ZOO! It’s terrible and it’s twice the price. I can’t believe they would put their name on that product but I digress....The first time they told me they would call me back never did so I called again weeks later and they told me I had to take it up with the zoo ok so why didn’t you tell me that in the first place? Also the woman I spoke with was very cold and unconcerned which really hurt me as a long time loyal customer. I used to eat donatos twice a week but after my experience with corporate I will take my business elsewhere there’s a lot of good pizza out there it’s not that serious.

I was Racially profile and fired for nothing. I work at the warehouse for 4 weeks never miss a day. The supervisor name is Brian fires black people for no reason at all. Every week I was working Brian at least missed 1-2 days of work a week and he fires black people every week. I was working in Sanitation a very nasty job. Plus a low pay rate for the type of work you got to do. So one day I was getting dress in the locker room to start my shift. Brian came in and said don’t get dress I need to talk to you. I came out the locker room and Brian said I was fired I can go home we don’t need you anymore. So I’m like wow ok I just l left. I wish I can talk to the owner or Human Resources to discuss other bad things I witnessed at the warehouse. These people need to be in trouble Immediately bad for business. I love donatos pizza to..... This is very sad what Brian and others are doing to this company.

Ordered 3 subs from Whitehall location tonight. OneBig Don, one Ham and Cheese no veggies, one Ham and Cheese no onion add banana peppers, order of cheesy garlic bread and 2 liter of diet Pepsi. Had to call it in because I couldn't get the web site to work. I was very plain on what I ordered because my son can not eat onions. When the order arrived my sons sub was covered with onions and mine did not ha e banana peppers on it. We called back and they said they would remake the ones that were wrong. We told them they didn't have to remake the one with peppers just bring some with the plain ham, cheese, and Italian dressing. When the new sandwich got to us it ONCE AGAIN WAS COVERED IN ONIONS, they did send a container of peppers. We called back and the manager basicly called me a liar saying he took the original order and I didn't say no onions. He told my son that if he wanted another sub we would have to pay for it and that I never told him no onions. That call did not go well. My son ended the call. I called back and talked to the Manager and he told me that I never told him no onions since he was the one who took the original order. So he is calling me a liar. He said no he wasn't but I got what was ordered. He told me the same thing that if we wanted another sub we would have to pay for it. I AM NOT PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT THEY GOT WRONG. The managers name is DeAndre Green. How plain is it to say Meat, Cheese, and Italian dressing only. We have been customers of Donatos since they opened shop on Hamilton Rd. I am very disappointed by how he handled the situation and his attitude. We will be ordering all our food from another pizza company from now on. We are not looking to take advantage of any business, we just ask to receive what was ordered and be treated fairly not be accused of be a liar. Beware when you order extra toppings!! They advertise their pepperoni pizza as having over 100 pieces of pepperoni but if you order extra cheese they take away 2/3 of the pepperoni. They base it on weight. So they charge you the base price for a SIGNATURE pepperoni pizza and then charge you for extra cheese while taking away the pepperoni. I don't see a different base price for a pizza that is meant to be used for building your own pizza with extra toppings. So we pay original price for the signature pepperoni pizza & extra topping price but you aren't getting the all the pepperoni they advertise while still paying for it. False advertising and a SLY DECEITFUL way of getting more money for less product!! I'm making complaint to Better Business Bureau & Attorney General. It is NOT right & they get rude trying to defend their actions of getting MORE Money for LESS Product !!

Worst customer service I ever experianced in a chain restaurant. The operater was rude and cut me off while I voiced my concerns, and told me it would be weeks before my refund for not delivered order is credited to my account. Very dissapointing!

So apparently the "director" of the corporate donatos thinks it's appropriate to get very rude and mean for no reason. I'm 9 months pregnant and I deliver on Monday. My thoughts, words, and everything gets jumbled very easy (along with any pregnant woman ever). So yesterday I order a pizza, breadsticks and some extra sauce. Pizza was old and had been sitting because they didn't deliver it to my address. Also wanna point out , no biggie. Store was respectful and told me to call corporate to get my delivery charge refunded because they couldn't do a partial refund. So I do. Get talking to this very rude lady. And I get jumbled. I'm exhausted and tired and I get angry quickly. Now I'm sitting here crying my eyes out because of the attitude and her hanging up on me after everything. I will NOT be ordering donatos again. I will take my money elsewhere. Been ordering very regularly from donatos for over 15 years. Pretty pathetic store had more courtesy then the "owners"

Most rude office I have ever talked to and then she telling me that they won’t do any thing so I’ll post my conversations with them on Facebook and all social media’s abt their store on the south side that they won’t do anything abt customer service or anything and the office is rude as well I see why they all work in the fast food business

The restaurant is slow and my pizza always taste like the oven is dirty. My food is usually cold hard and dark and most recently a hair was on my pizza. They keep bringing me the wrong stuff and charging me for it when I finally called about it they told me they can give me a credit of only 5.00 I called corporate the silly thing said she had to back the company and was rude I order from here about three times a week but never again
