Megan and Shermin were great. I brought my wedding dress to have dry cleaned before my wedding. I was nervous and anxious. Shermin assured me the machines were gentle and he was very patient with me. Megan also was so friendly and sensed I was nervous. She spent time walking me through the process, she also advised their team looks at the dress prior to cleaning and after to ensure beads are in place. I received my dress today. The stains are out and it’s sparkling. Thank you both! SO much appreciation. Job well done.

Do not recommend this location at all! When they pick up the clothes they don't mark down how many and what type of clothes they receive. I lost a over $2000 blouse and they claimed they did not pick it up form me. Worst experience ever!

I've been a loyal customer of dove's for years. I take clothes in and spend an average of $200-$400 a visit. However my last visit will be the last time. Their service and quality has slowly been becoming more of your typical cheap dry clean shop however you pay double the price. My last visit I took a Louis Vuitton Duffel to be cleaned. Please keep in mind I've taken my leather bags there before. I trusted them and they've always done a good job. But instead I got this one back completely ruined. It was dried out. The straps were peeling and discoloured and the seams were all ripping. I understand leather can react with slight discolouration when it's cleaned but to have the leather peeling and ripping?! Whoever cleaned this did not do it properly. On top of all that they charged over $100 for this service??!!! I've never worn the bag and now I never will have the chance. When approached I was told I signed a waiver and it's pretty much too bad. They've had the bag for over a month trying to fix it and never did they call me to give me an update I always had to reach out to them. I've learnt my lesson and will be finding a new dry cleaner. With so many in this city not only should their cleaning be top notch but so should their customer service.

I went to drop off my winter coat for dry cleaning. The girl at the front noticed that two of my buttons were missing and told me they would sew them on. So, I handed her the buttons which came with the coat. It was all good.It took them four days to get my coat done but when I did get it back, I noticed they had sewed on completely different buttons and they looked really bad with the coat. I called them up and the guy on the phone said he will take care of it. I had to make a trip back to the store just to show them how the original buttons looked and the guy was like "do you know what the girl did with the buttons?". After two days they found the buttons and finally I am getting them fixed. Made another trip to drop off my coat again.I would have been happy if I wouldn't have to make so many trips. Also, if you are paying around $60 you expect good service and that is not what I got. In short, it was too much of a hassle. I would not want to go back there!

I have used the services of numerous dry cleaners in the Toronto area since 1996, and have to say that Dove is hands down the best. Their stores are conveniently-located, professionally-staffed and give me the peace of mind that my clothes will be treated with the utmost care. I travel extensively and not only are my clothes always immaculate and ready on time, Dove also gives me the option of a folding service that is unique and so very convenient for the travelling businessman and his suitcase!I have been using Dove for the past two years but chose to write this review after Dove went above and beyond to satisfy me, a loyal customer: I was called out of town on business at the last minute and needed several articles of clothing for my trip. I called my Dove cleaner with my dilemma and they picked up my clothes, did a rush order cleaning and delivered them back to me in time for my trip. I cannot even imagine any of my previous drycleaners giving me any level service close to what Dove provides.Sincerely,Chris Edwards
