Just another Jacksonville company that has horrible customer service. Contacted them on 6/23/18 looking for a quote on a front door and was promised info by Monday, 6/25/18. Today is the 28th and still nothing. So I will move on, in search of a company that embraces customer service and is really in search of new customers. Amazing how many Jax companies just don't care.

We have had SUPERIOR experiences with Dream Doors. First we had our front door replaced and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the products AND installation. The office staff was very responsive to any and all of my questions. Totally professional! Because of the positive experience we had with our front door, we used DD again for window replacements on the front of our house. Again, stellar service and installation. Both times, Ted was our installer and we couldn't be more pleased with his integrity on doing a great (not just good) job with both of our projects. Will definitely call back when our other windows need replacing.

Dream Doors lives up to its name. My wife and I had excellent experiences with every member of the Dream Doors staff, from its owner Mike, to the project manager Brian, to the installers Brandon and Andrew, to the crew who later came out to do the finishing work. Every person was gracious, attentive to our requests, and expertly skilled. The finished product is remarkable, so much so that we decided to replace a different exterior door after seeing the transformation that new front doors made to our house. I highly recommend Dream Doors, especially now that the business is transitioning into additional products and services. I plan to consult them again, first, if we have such needs in the future.

This company is fantastic! They were great to work with in selecting our door and sidelights. The installation was really impressive. First they carefully removed my old door and sidelights. There was no damage to the stucco on the outside or any of the walls inside. Then they installed the new door and sidelights. Measurements were spot on. They caulked and sealed everything perfectly, and cleaned up the work area when they were done. This is a family run business from the owner to the installer. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience. Dee was so helpful and incredibly patient is assisting me in finding just the right door. The installation was done professionally and the people doing it were very nice. I was informed when the installers would come and how long it would take. They arrived and completed the work in that time frame. I love my door!

I'm so grateful our Nextdoor neighborhood website listed this company in its recommendations. I contacted Dee, Dream Doors saleswoman via email and phone, and we went back and forth communicating for a couple of weeks until I was able to find sidelights in my budget and style. This was all done without ever stepping foot into their showroom. I was so impressed at Dee's follow through and professionalism.Upon scheduling the installation, I began communicating with Janice, who also embodied the professionalism aspect.Today Jared and Chris did the actual sidelights installation, and I'm pleased as punch! Both gentlemen were courteous, communicative, highly skilled, thorough, detail oriented, and focused. Jared gave me useful tips for "aftercare" and information that will undoubtedly save me time, energy, and efforts with my actual door replacement. I wholeheartedly recommend this local business, and encourage anyone needing work done in their area of expertise to give them a call.

OMG. Were do I start. They turned something so terrible into something beyond belief. They replaced the old doors out along with all the casings and moldings and put in the most spectacular doors possible. Not only did they matched the trim to the existing base boards on the inside but also on the outside. And they totally cleaned up .. I’m talking they got down on their hands and knees and washed the floors around the doors. Brian, Brian, Brandon, Mike and the total door team not only came to help they totally had me crying (happy tears) yesterday when I saw the results. Also we can not forget about Dee and Janice. They are the pros on the phone to answer questions and send you in the correct direction. I can definitely state the value of my home has increased. Dream Doors you are TOTALLY AWESOME. Call them You will be happy you did Thank you Dream Doors. Rick and I will never never forget what y’all did.
