I contacted Dee, Dream Doors saleswoman via email and phone, and we went back and forth communicating for a couple of weeks until I was able to find sidelights in my budget and style. This was all done without ever stepping foot into their showroom. I was so impressed at Dee's follow through and professionalism.Upon scheduling the installation, I began communicating with Janice, who also embodied the professionalism aspect.Today Jared and Chris did the actual sidelights installation, and I'm pleased as punch! Both gentlemen were courteous, communicative, highly skilled, thorough, detail oriented, and focused. Jared gave me useful tips for "aftercare" and information that will undoubtedly save me time, energy, and efforts with my actual door replacement. I wholeheartedly recommend this local business, and encourage anyone needing work done in their area of expertise to give them a call.
