I have been to many Dry Bars in different cities. This one is definitely the Worst. Poorly managed, unprofessional staff and mediocre stylists. In addition, waited an unexceptable 48 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to begin. I would have left but I stupidly bought a series and wanted to use it. I Would recommend skipping this location and getting an appointment at Nearby Christophe’s Hair Salon instead if you are in this area. That said, I have been to a couple great Dry Bars in Los Angeles and will happily return to those.

Words cannot express the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I have plans to Go out for my birthday tonight. I had scheduled an 8:15 appointment and I was 5 minutes late. I walked in at 8:20 and there was not a single customer in the shop. The 3 employees working were doing each other’s hair. The employee in the chair getting her hair done told me that they could not take me. When I asked why the employee getting her hair done why, she informed me that they would not be able to close in time. They close at 9 and refused to take me at 8:20 for my 8:15 appointment. It was pretty clear that the employee getting her hair done by Angie, blew off a paying customer with a membership so she could get her hair done for free. Wow. Happy Birthday to Me! Thank you Dry Bar!!

Called on Dec 5th for a Dec 8th appt. On the 8th, I received an email saying I was charged as a NO SHOW for a missed appt for the 5th! Dry Bar Newport Beach, CA did not have my appt on their system and had nothing available until later in the day. NOT Good, since I had an event to attend, hence the need for a 12:30 appt. WHAT I DID NOT KNOW IS THAT WHEN YOU CALL DRY BAR, YOU ARE CALLING THEIR CALL CENTER!!So, I had to scramble to locate another salon in the area. Then had to deal with the call center to get my "late fee" returned. Update: My late fee was returned.

Music so loud I couldn't hear the stylist and my hair looked terrible. Upon checking out they said I had 4 accounts but could not change it I had to call. I tried calling to talk to a supervisor put on hold 3x then someone named Ashley, Client Services was going to call back never answered or called back.

Not worth the money. I was off to a wedding and The blow dry only last for a few hours. Very disappointed. Do it yourself.
